Q. Where are you located?

A: I am located in Teynham with parking available. There are also bus and train services which run frequently within 300 yards.

Q. Do you make any guarantees to "fix" me?

A: No. Counselling is not about "fixing" people, but enabling each client to work through unresolved issues or understand behaviours. Counselling is not an advice giving service.

Q. What happens if i need to cancel an appointment?

A: If you cancel within 24 hours there may be a fee for missed appointments.

Q. How many sessions will I need?

A: Upon receiving your inquiry you will be asked to come for an initial assessment to explore your needs and to see what kind of help would best suit you.

Everyones needs are treated individually and the number of sessions is a mutual decision made together.

After our first session we will be able to establish roughly how long we might work together.

I work with both short term clients (1 - 24 sessions), and longer term clients (this could be years or open ended).

Q. What hours are you available?

A: Appointments for counselling are available between 9.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday. Saturday 9.00am to 12.00 noon. Appointments outside of these times are considered.

Q, How much does Clinical Supervision cost?

A. The fee for Clinical Supervision is £50 for 60 minutes, or £60 for 90 minutes.  Counsellors in training £40 for 60 minutes, or £50 for 90 minutes.

Q. How much does counselling cost?

A: The fee for individual 50 minute sessions and 60 minute couples sessions range between £35 - £70, please get in touch for details.   Concessions may be available, please contact me to discuss this further. Session fees must be paid at each session.

I am currently using a dedicated therapy room which offers confidentiality and privacy, see photos below (therapy dogs Maisey & Bowie are availa​ble upon request and love a snuggle).  I am located in a quiet, discrete cul-de-sac just two minutes from the local railway station and bus​ stop.  Off road parking on the driveway is available.
